Hello my name is Ben. I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer. I have varied experience within health and fitness, including fat loss and conditioning, to strongman, powerlifting and stone lifting. I am currently training for a World Record hold time for the Dinnie Stones. This has encouraged me to explore other areas of strength, such a grip and core training which have a fantastic carryover for all areas of health and longevity. I have also been training in Pilates for the last 10 years which has given me a grounded understanding in how the body should engage and move. I believe health is important for the mind, body and soul, so if my clients get the same satisfaction that I get from my training then I consider that a win. I am grateful to now turn my hobby and pleasure into a full time, daily role.
