Why do people come to you for coaching?
Most people often tell me that I can basically do everything… and it’s true, I really do a bit of everything. I try to mix it up: a bit of bodybuilding, a bit of powerlifting, I love running, kettlebell and dumbbell workouts, short but intense bodyweight sessions, and steady intervals on ergometers. All of this gives me the flexibility to take on almost any kind of athletic hobby.
