Since early 2024.

What is your personal background & how did you get into coaching?

Mainly football with a mixture of other sports on the side then started weightlifting in high school with the Gym/fitness becoming my main focus from my early 20’s.

Why do people come to you for coaching?

Anything and everything. Weight loss, weight gain, strength training, improvement of fitness & health. Sport specific, weightlifting (and great banter).

Where can people expect to find you?

80% of the time I’m in the Training Hall. The rest of the time you will find me in Arch 19.
