I’m Karl Eldridge, one of the personal trainers at Results gym. With 10 + years of gym experience and a diverse sporting background covering Swimming, Judo, various Grappling martial arts, and surfing, I have a wealth of knowledge on movement and how to adapt strength and conditioning to your specific needs. My goal isn’t just to guide you through workouts, but to empower you to become self-sufficient in your training.

I firmly believe in crafting bespoke programmes to meet each client’s specific needs, whether it’s gaining strength, building muscle, losing weight, improving conditioning, enhancing overall health, or preparing for sporting competition. By understanding your goals, preferences, and any limitations, I can design a plan that not only delivers results but also seamlessly integrates into your lifestyle.
