I have 4 years of gym based personal training experience with further sports coaching experience going back to 2018 till present. My client base ranges from gym beginners to experienced and competing athletes, in particular to Powerlifting.

My training history spans 15 years back with a large portion of my experience in strength training and Powerlifting methodology.
I’m a Medieval Combat Sport/Buhurt athlete, and to complement this, I do Judo, freestyle wrestling, and HEMA (Historical European martial arts). Alongside the sports above I gym train in strength and conditioning to give an edge on my performance.

My coaching will focus on mindset, lifestyle, and commitment to your goals. I aim to facilitate positive change and arm you with the tools and teach you the habits to get you to where you want to be. All I require is hard work, commitment and good banter from you. This will be a fun and rewarding journey with training highs and lows which will be part of the process.
