Since 2015. Results Gym owner since 2019.
What is your personal background & how did you get into coaching?
Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, and Combat Sports.
I started off by helping others learn technique, and it turned into a full time job!
Why do people come to you for coaching?
Having the ability to shape my own gym has given me the privilege of being able to support people to move forward with their ambitions and not only become more confident and comfortable in a gym environment but in their wider lives.
Competing in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, MMA and Rugby has given me great exposure to strength and conditioning from a number of different perspectives. This as well as my own personal fat loss experience has allowed me to tackle many different problems clients have with a wide knowledge base and a high success rate.
