Since 2017- I have trained at Results for over 15 years and trained for over 2 decades.
What is your personal background & how did you get into coaching?
Strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, rock climbing. I’ve always had a passion for getting stronger and self improvement. I’ve overcome many injuries and illnesses- training has always been a vehicle for that.
Why do people come to you for coaching?
From my experiences, I’ve developed my own training system- based on basic compound movements, combined with select accessories, and specific overload techniques. It’s been honed over many years, keeping what works, and removing anything that doesn’t give bang for the buck. Moving up, and down bodyweight categories, along with bodybuilding prep has built up a detailed knowledge of nutrition- what works, why and how it works, and more importantly what doesn’t.
My wealth of knowledge is coupled with an awareness that everyone is different, and what works for someone, may not work for another- that’s why my approach is always to find out what works for YOU, to give you optimal progress. My aim is to provide you with the tools you need to progress long into the future!
In short- Strength, longevity, muscle growth.
Where can people expect to find you?
Usually in 19, but could be anywhere in the gym, every day.
