I’ve been training for over 20 years- I’ve competed in Strongman, Powerlifting and Bodybuilding. After becoming ill with a severe flare-up of ulcerative colitis, I had my bowel removed- another challenge for me to overcome!

From my experiences, I’ve developed my own training system- based on basic compound movements, combined with select accessories, and specific overload techniques. It’s been honed over many years, keeping what works, and removing anything that doesn’t give bang for the buck.

Moving up, and down bodyweight categories, along with bodybuilding prep has built up a detailed knowledge of nutrition- what works, why and how it works, and more importantly- what doesn’t.

My wealth of knowledge is coupled with an awareness that everyone is different, and what works for someone, may not work for another- that’s why my approach is always to find out what works for YOU, to give you optimal progress. My aim is to provide you with the tools you need to progress long into the future!
