What is your personal background & how did you get into coaching?
I have competed in many sports tournaments in a wide range of disciplines- Throwing Sports, American Football, Distance Running, Calisthenics, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Strongman. Currently, I am an active Strongman competitor and regularly compete in competitions across the country.
Why do people come to you for coaching?
My main niche is strength. I’ve helped clients build strength, lose weight, build confidence, sport specific training.
I pride myself on providing bespoke programming that is carefully considered on a case-by-case basis. For this reason, I can cater to a wide range of needs.
Where can people expect to find you?
I mostly coach and train in 19 on weekdays and I take classes in 32 Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings.
