What is your personal background & how did you get into coaching?
Lifestyle, Hyrox, bodybuilding, CrossFit. I got into coaching after taking part in sports from a very young age. Recognising the major mental and physical benefits it brought to my life and what I could bring to others.
Why do people come to you for coaching?
People tend to come to me with the understanding that I do not just offer training, but the full package of improving their health. From mindset work, to nutrition, to building their knowledge in various different fields of training, setting new goals and teaching clients to recognise that they can keep setting their bar higher.
Where can people expect to find you?
Training hall and number 19- Monday to Friday.
