How long have you been coaching for?
Since 2024.
How long have you been working at results?
Since May 2025.
What is your personal background & how did you get into coaching?
Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent 14 years competing as a gymnast and dancer. I then went on to train in professional dance and performance for three years, followed by two years working in the performing arts industry. That time taught me a lot about discipline, resilience, and not being afraid to fail. While I loved performing, my true passion was always rooted in sport and fitness. What led me to coaching was the desire to help others achieve things they never believed they could. Fitness changed my life. It helped me build strength, confidence, and self-belief. Now, I’m driven to help others experience that for themselves.
Why do people come to you for coaching?
People come to me to get stronger, fitter, and feel more confident in themselves—both physically and mentally. I specialise in hybrid training, combining strength work with running to help clients compete in events like Hyrox or running races, or simply to build a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
I mainly work with women, focusing on optimising their health by considering hormonal cycles and delivering nutrition strategies that properly fuel their bodies to support training and recovery—helping them become the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves, inside and out.
So whether someone’s training for performance or just wants to feel better in their everyday life, that’s where I come in.
Where can people expect to find you?
You’ll usually find me in the Training Hall training for Hyrox or doing strength sessions, and in the studio when I’m with clients. I’m mainly around in the mornings and afternoons every day, so if you’re in during those times, come say hi!
